3 Million Samsung Galaxy S II Units Sold, According to Samsung’s sales records, its Galaxy S II smartphone has already sold more than three million units since it was launched 55 days ago. That’s 30 days faster than the original Galaxy S. The company increased its presence in Europe. The unit also landed third in Switzerland and fourth in Austria for smartphone sales.

The smartphone is set to be available in stores starting July 14 and will be supported by Bell, Virgin Mobile and SaskTel.There are rumors that the Galaxy S II will be unveiled in the United States. There are speculations that Sprint will rebrand it as Galaxy Within and be available late July.
